Molly Ramen was established in 2018 in Virginia Beach. It is a new-concept ramen restaurant built for busy Virginia Beach days: meals that leave you satisfied, not “heavy” or over-indulged.

Our top-selling original Tonkotsu broth starts with carefully selected pork and chicken bones, simmered for a minimum of ten hours with local vegetables and traditional Japanese seasonings. The vegetables give the broth its distinct, deep and umami-rich flavor.

You’ve had ramen before. You’ve had poke before. But have you had them together? We embrace both Hawaiian and Japanese cuisine: pick from fresh proteins, delicious sauces and plenty of toppings to find your favorite combo.

What is poke? A staple of Hawaiian cuisine: diced raw fish mixed with tasty sauces, served over rice or salad and finished with fresh toppings. Think of it as a deconstructed sushi roll in a bowl.
